In August 2008 a VP at Chase Bank in Palm Beach Gardens Florida recomended Daniel H Fox to me as an Attorney who had helped many people save their homes from Forecloser. He gave me his number and I called him. He got on the phone with me and convinced me I had nothing to worry about.
Send him $1495.00 and he would save my home by lowering the payment and getting all arrears put on the back end of the loan.
That was it. He did nothing. He hung me out to dry. Repeated phone calls and faxes got no response.
Out of desparation I finally called the Florida Bar Association on May 11 2009. They gave me the bad news.
They had a lot of complaints about Mr Fox, and I was not alone. They sent me formal complaint forms to file which I have done.
I am 65 years old, living on Social Security with a serious heart condition, and not only is Saxon Mortgage trying to take my home this crooked Lawyer is kicking me when I am most vulnerable.
He is the lowest of the low and should be compelled to repay the money he stole and then do some real jail time.

You can speak to the bank yourself, most of the time you can do just what you gave this guy money to do. Please call the bank first thing Monday morning. You should also consult a bankruptcy Attorney, if you cant get things right with the bank. Sometimes you can file a bankruptcy to save home. Also call and see if you can refinance. I hope you the best.
