Mr. Daniel McDaniels was my former landlord. He refused to return my security deposit. On June 15, 2002 I filed a small claims complaint against him in the Pima County Consolidated Justice Courts. The case # is CV02-011202. After properly being served. Mr. McDaniel has failed to file an "answer" to my complaint.

On July 25, 2002, the Pima County Consolidated Justice Court entered a default judgment against Mr. McDaniels, addressing the statutory damages, in the amount of $594.00 plus cost of $20.00.

Mr. McDaniels owns several Apartment Complexes in the Pima County area. The Sunset Vista located at 5909 E. Golf Links Road, Tucson AZ 85711, is one and the San Simeon located at 6091 E. Golf Links Road, Tucson AZ 85711, is still another.

Mr. McDaniels still hasn't paid me the court ordered judgement. I suppose that Mr. McDaniel's has acquired some of his wealth by ripping off his tenants by not refunding their "security deposit" for which they are entitled.

McDaniels is a DIRTY SOB!!!!

AUTHOR: Amanda - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, August 02, 2003

I understand fully, I used to live at Serenade, 7100 E. Golf Links. McDaniels is EVIL! we had tremendous problems with our appartment including the garbage disposal, the bathtub faucet that was permanantly spewing out hot water...by the way I put in several requests, and of course they never did a d**n thing. stuff was repeatedly stolen out of my cars, and the "security guard" that they had working there also stole my husbands wallet out of our car, he brought it back to my apartment at 4 in the morning, because there wasn't anymoney in it and he wanted to look like a good samaritan. And because of the faucet leaking 24 hours a day, their was mildew covering the bathroom. Not to mention it made my gas bill ASTRONAMICAL! so I refused to pay him my last months rent until he held up his end of the bargain, and what do you know he evicted me after only 2 weeks of nopayment. A word of advice for apartment hunters, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM...RIA NOVA..SERENADE..SAN SIMEON..OR SUNSET VISTA!

You have the judgement, now it's time for the Coup de Grais. Just have a lien placed on the property for the amount of the judgement. He won't be able to sell it or use it as collateral until the lien is satisfied.
