Daniel Parker, the CEO of The Accounting Department which provides accounting and billing services for home health agencies is the biggest scam out there. This company and Daniel Parker cannot be trusted, do not do business with them. Parker tells you to sign a one year contract for services, then he will offer you a lower rate for services because he says that is how much he values your business. He says there is no need for a contract now and will conduct service on a month to month basis. After a few months, he will file a break of contract claim saying that you are paying a lower rate and he wants more money. He will hire the biggest scum on the earth, attorney Marc Jerabek to file a case for breach of contract that is completely excessive and will offer to settle for a much smaller price. He will rack up attorney fees for doing absolutely nothing and blackmail you by forcing you to sign a document called a "confession of judgment" that is so one-sided it has been outlawed in most states. This man is a fraud, his company is full of incompetent indivuduals and is set up to scam hard working people. This happen to my company, and I do not want it to happen to anyone else. Stay away from this scammer, he provides no legitamate service but his service is only designed to scam. All home health agencies should report this criminal and this malicious man will get what is coming to him. If you are contacted by Marc Jerabek, contact local authorities immediately as this attorney is just as big a scumbag as Daniel Parker and will try to exort you for attorney fees that are completeley unreasonable.
