Seller ebay user id is atlanticdan

Location Ocean City, MD
The car condition was totally not as described, with many issues like bad turbocharger, alternator , maf sensor, transmission is in LiMP mode and wont shift gears until the engine is warmed up. Wow! How can this be called a good 100% runnigng car?
I took a 7 hour bus trip and was totally dissappoinet.
Day before going there I called Daniel Sheppard to double check the condition and he swore all 100% good and no issues, what a CONMAN!
If you come to across to deal with this guy be carefull, under any condition pay a non-refundable deposit until you see the car. The best is to stay way from such scammers.
The original car description was described as follows:

No "check engine" lights. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly without hesitation. The steering and suspension seem fine. No exhaust leaks."

You pay a non refundable deposit on ebay upon auction end, so no matter what the seller wont refund it to you. Plus if you from another state and its a long trip you are kinda forced to buy a car to return back.
Besides that the seller states that the car can be sold to out of state customers only, becuse of some Maryland inspection law. Which now i understand he just doesnt want his neighbourghd to come return misrepresended car next day,
