Daniele Janine Jewelry charged me 9.00 for jewelry shipped, recieved, 2 days later charged me 68.00 for another shipment they call a monthly shipment that is not explained in TOS about 68.00 shipment sent back, long ago, no refund on 68.00 Chicago Illinois

I did an offer called Shop Dani. It was supposed to be a one time purchase of jewelry of your choice, one piece. in another paragraph on the page it speaks of a monthly shipment. Which I did not choose to participate in.

They charged me the 9.00 and Bracelet was received. NO problem there. 2 days later, another charge on my cc for 68.00, so I called them. They told me of the monthly jewelry shipment. I told them I did not want that, so they canceled and said that when the next shipment came, simply write " refused " on the box and send back to them and once they receive it, they would refund my money. That was on December 14th. I still have not received my 68.00 back.

The forum I work in, there are several people that are having the same issue with this offer. No where in the terms of service, does it state you will be charged 68.00 for a monthly shipment. These people are making a mint off of hard working Americans. I wanted to let someone with Authority know about this so that others will not be scammed. It is ridiculous, the amount of people I have talked to in the past week that have been scammed in the same way by this company.

I have contacted them 3 times now and they keep telling me that they are doing returns as we speak and I will get a refund soon. Some have been waiting longer than that. Can you please let the public know about this horrid place of business? How can I and others get their hard earned money back? Thank you so much for your help.
