Danny Sullivan Contracting Danny Sullivan Frisbee Champion Misrepresented Home Depot's Contracting Team Santa Barbara, California

I was shopping at a Home Depot and a person from upstairs in the computer room named Danny came through the back doors and approached my husband and I. He said he was a team member with a Home Depot apron on and a hand drawn name tag Danny Sullivan. He had a few suggestions as to how we should go about the design of our bath tub install and a flooring installation. He said that he was 20 years in the contracting construction business, that he had been handed down generation to generation a construction business and that he was the person to hire for our simple bath tub installation.

 The first day on the job he cut through our air conditioning vents which was a pushed air, pushed heat, and duck taped it all together temporarily. Then he seated and unseated a toilet over 5 times for a day or two and then he had us shop at four different stores Haywards, Home Improvement, and local plumbing stores as we took him there in our truck. Driving right in front of us he was arrested for a no show on a DUI and his vehicle was towed away. He then preceeded to stick to his gregarious story of a soap opera that never ended until I stopped it. My fiancee at the time fell with a garbage container that weighed over 250 LBS. as Danny watched because he could not push or pick up old dry wall, debris such as mold or old flooring so we did all the haul away work and cleaning. He started ordering us around in our own home and then afterwards my fiancee had a heart failure and ended up at Cottage with more than 20,000 in hospital bills and he had telephoned the hospital more than 50 times when my fiancee was hooked up to a cardio monitor. Each time he called the monitor called the nurses station and the staff at the hospital had to medicate or calm my fiancee down. Finally by nurses suggestion we stopped the cell phone calls. Then We paid him 3800.00 for his hours and dismissed him.

We were approached by him he was hired by a media person who was launching his own intervention but Danny Sullivan cost us My Now Husband's health for life. Danny Sullivan cost my daughter whom I had visit us from Denmark to not have a place to stay while she was here visiting us. He promised to have all the work finished well before one month and he did not have anything done. My daughter is a physician and I was so embarrassed I was meeting her husband for the first time. We had no toilet at our home and no bath for months. When I found out he did that pretentiously I wanted to sue him but he moves around and it is difficult to subpoena him. He showed up in a beat up old truck and then he drove by and stopped at Lash Contractors office next door to the Summerland Mobile home park in Santa Barbara. This time he drove an Eddie Bauer Jeep and had a Portrait Camera on his shoulder. He boasted about his multi talents, but I did not have any idea about his network and web searching abilities as a self employed graphic designer. At one time in his life, he had a lot of wealth.

I read about him on the internet recently his company sold their idea to Google and he is not really who he pretends to be. He said he came from a large family he does not. He said his father was a contractor and passed and left the company to his brother who also passed and he now had it. Then he went on to say how his sister is a Santa Barbara Attorney. He took us to a place where our former truck had been in repair through Allstate Insurance for an electrical problem due to a car accident. They also built marine motors and next door was the impound lot where he said his truck was. We looked the next night it was not there. I feel that he needed some money to join the yacht races that were being held in our local harbor he often bragged about playing aboard a local yacht as a flute player he is an improv artist as well. The people who picked up after him and did the masonery, seated the toilet, and installed a few lights were in the yacht races and they estimated their price to clean up Danny's debris 2,500-4,000, they charged us 9,800.00 and they never finished we hired another team to finish that were working for the Government in Lompoc Ca.
