Danny's Family Car Wash ripoff disrespectul rude and intolerable Scottsdale Arizona

This is the WORSE service I have ever had! I drive a 2000 Volkswagon Jetta and I went to Danny's Family car wash for the first time, and when I pulled out of the car wash I noticed that my glove compartment handle was broken off, immediately I went back to the car wash and showed them the problem. The handle literally fell off without me touching it. So I spoke ti the Gentlemen who wrote out my ticket and he told me that they weren't responsible for the incident.

I was getting very angry with the gentlement who was giving me such attitude about something that happened minutes ago so I asked for a manager, and the young man told me there was one for the day!!! He said I would have to come back seeing that manager don't work "weekends" there. So Monday morning I went straight to the car wash and spoke with the store manager. He told me that the gentlemen who helped me on Saturday said I didn't look familiar and told me he wasn't sure that I had even went to that car wash. Then he went on to tell me that his men couldn't have possibly did that to my car and refused to apoligize or compensate me for my loss. He told me I had to leave the premises and there was nothing he could to for me seeing that it "didn't happen there" It was rude and the WORST service I have ever had!
