 I have been a journeyman painter for over 20 years. Jeremy hired me to paint his 1bedroom loft. I back charged him for work that I completed that was not in the original estimate and swapped it out for the 7doors; that were not fully installed; Because I was loosing money having to travel back and forth and pay for parking, that I was not being reimbursed for. The scope of work was completed that was in the estimate; with the swap out of the doors and trim. The trim was not included in the original estimate. The job was complete and no money was owed. Also..Jeremy hired another painter while I was still under contract, without discussing it with me at all, to change the colors. He is an entitled millennial with money, that believes everyone should jump when he snaps his fingers. I was informed of his past experiences with former contractors...he seems to be the common factor with the issues he has had...Thank you! I have never had any complaints with the quality of my work, the cost, or the completion rate...this seems to be a personal attack...considering the threats and harassing text messages he continues to send me.
