Dap Rugget, ripoff, deformation of character, harassment, non-compensation, terroristic threats, copyright enfringement, non-entitlement Atlanta Georgia

It is now October 14, and I leave to go into the US Military on October 17. Cedric King, CEO of Dap-Rugget, Inc. has not refunded a dime of my $1000 that I paid him for technical packages for my clothing line, Ade' Athletix. Instead, Cedric King, CEO of Dap-Rugget, Inc. has threatened me on a personal level and has emailed me stating that "I will pay the price" Cedric King has also tried to make me out to be some sort of "terrorist" and has tried to shut down my myspace page even further strengthening my deformation of character/slander case that I am building against him.

At this time, I have to serve my country so I will not have the time to sue him until I finish serving my country as a soldier in the US Army. But Cedric King is definitely in for the lawsuit of his life because I do not appreciate being made to look like a terrorist just because I am trying to collect a refund. It is people like Cedric King and Dap Rugget, Inc. that ruin America. Cedric King is a disgrace and has ruined every project that he has been involved with. Cedric King does not stand for what America is about and has no proof whatsoever that I am a terrorist or have delivered terroristic threats. I am an outstanding citizen trying to bring closure to a situation peacefully as opposed to violently and Cedric King has taken my kindness for weakness for the last time. I have realized that Cedric King is not a man of his word and will lie cheat and steal just to make ends meet. Cedric King has not made anything materialize from any of the work that I put in for his company yet he takes credit for designing a line that didn't even exist until I came into the picture.

Me and some of my associates are putting together a case against Cedric King because not only has he not refunded my $1000 for the Ade' Athletix Technical Packages but he also owes me over $1500 for services rendered and unpaid. Ontop of owing me $2500, he bounced a check for $1044 a while back and he was contracted to pay me the moneys. I have not sued him for that because I know that Cedric King and Dap-Rugget did not have any funds at the time. I also was aware that Cedric King had no office space and was conducting business out of the trunk of his '95 Range Rover. I felt sorry for Cedric King and Dap-Rugget, Inc. so I have showed him patience. Cedric King has disrespected my family and me repeatedly and he will be taken to court as soon as I return from serving my country like a real American does.
