To whom this may concern,

After receiving a collection letter, I called 800/289-5916 to inquire why I was receiving the collection letter, Unable to speak to anyone.  I followed the instructions to go on-line to dispute per message on phone to go to www.darwaterfront.com/dispute which was unavailable, therefore I am following up with this letter.

I am disputing this because I did receive a box that I did not order, so on same un-open box and same day I wrote “RETURN TO SENDER” and I dropped off at post office, so getting this letter many months after has me confused.

I wish to dispute this and request that this be taken off my credit record as I never ordered it and I did return the un-open box the same day that it came to my home.

I respectfully ask that this be taken care of as soon as possible.
