Reveived a claim that I owed $197 to a company for face cream I had ordered online. I have received one bill from them and paid it and also talked to someone at that company. She agreed to half the charge and I said all right. I have never heard from them again except to receive some of the face cream.

Have not received any more bills from that company, so don't know why it was turned over to this collection agency?
