I have had a very bad experience with this company and warn anyone using them to be very careful. Needless to say my dress did not come as I thought it would. I asked for a rush order and was lead to believe that everything was in order. Was I fooled my credit card was charged $700.00 no receipt was ever sent. I started getting nervous when the 8 week mark came and I heard nothing from them. ( Rush Orders 6-8 weeks) stated on their contract and in the subject heading of my emails. Surprise to me that isn't considered as rush!.
I started emailing, they have an answer for everything. My last email was the dress would be ready September 8, 2007 funny the wedding was September 1, 2007 and today is September 8th no dress, no emails nothing, and that if I didn't pay for the dress they would go to small claims and ruin my credit for 10 years. My credit card company has been notified and paper work filed against this company. I welcome anyone who would like to notify me and stop this company from ripping off customers.
