I know both Dariusz Bialowas and I knew Graziano Perrelli, Dariusz Bialowas is nothing but a hard working individual that loves the environment. He dedicated his life to protect the environment and help slow down global warming by working 7 days a week in the solar industry. I know thousands of people that would say nothing but great things about Dariusz Bialowas, but unfortunately, his work ethics and firm "no drug policy in his company" created haters.

These couple of haters out of thousands of people that know and respect Dariusz Bialowas used this website to attempt to ruin his reputation and in a way, they have succeeded. As ripoff report website does not care to confirm any accusations, and they just publish anything here to make money on what they call is "Corporate Advocacy Program" that gives accused individuals only 2 options:

1. Pay a lot of money!

2. Or, live with this.

But that is not why I am writing this article here. The real reason is that the person that accused Dariusz Bialowas of all kinds of none sense, tried to correct the issue when he was off the drugs, but that did not help much. He fought for months, calling ripoff report staff, explaining false accusations and why they showed up on this website. He even attempted to write more articles explaining false accusations, but ripoff report ignored all that, and on top of that, they have placed positive reports on the bottom of all articles so others would not see them.

Unfortunately, Graziano Perrelli as much as he wanted he could not win with ripoff report staff and that put him into even deeper depression. He was using more and more drugs and he ultimately passed away. Check this link for obituary info.

Motto to this report is, that the only winner here is Ripoff Report, Dariusz Bialowas a great guy, now he is dealing with this nonsense day to day, and poor Graziano Perrelli is no longer with us. Even known that Graziano was the author of all these articles, he did not mean to do any damage to Dariusz Bialowas, the drugs did that. Graziano Perrelli was a very intelligent person with a big heart. Just could not overcome his depression.

Graziano Perrelli is just a complete joke at this point. He will lie and write any fabrication to clear up his tainted reputation that everyone knows about including his own family. He is a constant user and abuser of drugs, all his rebuttals and comments on this cite is proof to it. He is a master manipulator and uses fancy words to hide the fact that he is a degenerate. Smoking crack is the least of his drug problems and no one should trust him business wise or socially for that matter. He is a joke and a complete disgrace. He has been burning bridges with companies he's worked for and his family. He's the worst type of liar, the one that believes his own delusional ones. There is no talking or arguing sense into him. He has been a cross to bare for his family for years now. He's mentally unstable and idiotic. The fact that he thinks he could pass a drug test is the biggest joke I've ever heard. Get a reality check Graziano and go and get some real help.

There is someone (we have an idea who, a competitor) who has falsely used our names in a back and forth argument (all of the above) which has been completely made up. 

We still work together and are continuing some projects in Illinois.

While, we've had our stumbling blocks, it has come to our attention from a customer that someone had made a report to this website and made-up, a completely false and ridiculous argument between Darius and I (Graziano Perrelli) to simply make us look bad. We are not in a fight. We still work together and we speak daily in our day-to-day operations.

It appears that Rip Off Report takes NO PRECAUTIONARY STEPS to verify the validity or identity of the people making any claims. All you need to do, it appears, is create an email account and use the name of anyone you want to bash.

Customers need to understand and not even look in places such as Rip Off Report as the internet is full of junk. While, as a consumer you should know who you're doing business with, the best method today is still the tried and true way of contacting previous customers.

THERE IS NO REASON to shy away from doing business with Darius Bialowas, as we are installing high quality complete solar photo voltaic systems at a price which is lower than just about all the companies we compete with.

The true enemy are high utility bills which are continually increasing. 

We are not sure who got onto this website and bashed our names and acting as us in doing so, but we have our suspicions. A very angry and jealous former business partner, but we are not sure and don't care to speculate.

The day you pass a drug test Graz is the day you can not afford them anymore!!!  I regret the day I ever welcomed you to our home and trusted you around my kids. They always told me that they did not trust you and I did not listen.  Not to mention that they did not even trust you watching our dogs when we were not home, that should have been my first clue.  If you remember, the last time I saw you, I told Dariusz not to trust you to work for him or to give you any advances but unfortunately he did not listen. 

When you came to our house showing a video of passing lights going past your porch and you thinking it was someone trying to hurt you was when I realized that there was something seriously wrong with you.  I regret ever having you live with us for all those months.  We fed you and put a roof over you head for free  til you got your sh*t together and this is how you pay us back.

The fact you would pick up some crack w***e from the Super 8 where you were temp living at, just to start your drugs all over again makes me realize just how much of a drug addict you really are.  As you know I once stood up for you when everyone was telling me you were a drug addict and being that you came from a good Italian family made me think that you were a good person but I guess I learned the hard way.  You have problems and you need to get yourself in rehab before you end up in a hospital again.  Leave my family alone and get yourself the help you need. 

Darius, Deep down you know I never had any bad intentions. All I wanted was to make a bunch of deals every week and get rich with you and see this thing take off. That last day I lost it, you should've been understanding as to why. Nothing to do with drugs. Not getting a hold of you all day to get the Catrojen check and then to hear crying over filling up my tank even thoughyou were late on maying me my paycheck was enough to send anyne off the deep end. HOW CAN YOU POSSIBLY NOT UNDERSTAND THIS. You, then have this thing about calling the cops which is just bizarre. I couldn't get the Castrojen check from you and I knew that deal would be blown...AND THEN IT WAS. Paying me late to the point where I ran out of gas was enough to send anyone insane. 100 degree weather, I blew a gasket. I couldn't believe what I was being put through, and WHY???? WHY??? $34K just sitting there that you had no interest in paying me gas to go and get it? What the f**k, dude??? Oh, folks, he actually missed a couple things about me. I heard through the grapevine that I supposedly raped someone in the office, I guess he backed off this one. Of course, I was concerned hearing of this claim, although innocent, one can imagine the scare of this kind of threat (below the belt, Dariusz style all the way).

I personally made an appointment to see a detective K. at Franklin Park police, just two days ago (7-16-12), and we had a wonderful conversation, altogether, and he assured me that there are absolutely no charges filed against me and that Dariusz claims are bogus. The person he was trying to put up a claim that I violated her shut down, immediately and changed tune.

You see, Dariusz, the problem, when the heat is up, only the truthful feel nice and cool. Liars fall weak and exposed.

Your time is running out and honestly, I have already moved past you.

I am focused at my new project, far more positive and real.

Note, I was honest about an injury to my ribs and use of a prescribed medication that simply went on for longer than it should have. I never had any major issues, and everyone who knows me, knows I hardly even drink.

We have firm no tolerance anti drug policy. Graziano Perrelli was caught using crack. That calls for an immediate termination. After that termination we have found out contacting our customers that Graziano Perrelli used lies to actually sign contract with them and the once that did not sign the contract he tried to scar them by threatening them. We have contacted local police department , they are handling this case from here. 

Graziano Perrelli is known of his drug addiction problems for at least ten years. That causes chemical imbalance in the brain. That is what is making Graziano Perrelli do what he does best. (lie) If comes to money as of this moment Graziano Perrelli is paid all his money plus about $2000 in advances. All we can say, Graziano Perrelli save your life turn your self in to the rehab center. Picture below shows his crack pipe found in his drawer. We also found out that he offered ecstasy to our sales reps and managers (especially women).

Having said that we had file rebuttal on other posting of Grazziano Perreli and for some reason owner of this website decided to remove his last name from that posting. And keep my private and personal cell phone number that I do not share with anyone but my family.
ED Magedson (owner of this website) has to realize that, 99% of postings on this site are lying angry individuals that simply don't know how else to hurt a person or a business.

 I would encourage any other person or business that was falsely accused on this website to sue this website owners. If hundreds of us will file a law suits, that might bring rules and regulations to this site, like simply verify accusations first then post a complaint.
