Dark Knight Armoury Medieval Collectibles Poor Customer Service, Expensive but NOT Customer-Oriented. Princeton Indiana

I purchased a corset and a medieval skirt for big bucks.  I paid dearly for shipping, so the order cost well over $150.00.

They arrived in time, but the corset was not as pictured so it didn't match the skirt, and more importantly the sizing was way off. They said to subtract 4 inches from your waist measurement, which I did, but the corset was too tiny to fit anyone but a child (I only weigh 110 lbs.). Good quality in the manufacturing, but they don't know the first thing about women's measurements, so of course I returned the items at my expense. I waited WEEKS to hear from anyone after paying for shipping Both Ways.  They ignored my emails and online contact attempts. Finally I called and threatened to call the BBB. They responded then, and refunded PART of my purchase costs They took out over $25.00 for "restocking fees"!!! Is this even legal? I will never buy from them again. Beware...Medieval Collectibles is the same company and they will RIP you OFF! Unfortunately, they seem to be very, very greedy and NOT customer-oriented.
