Almost exactly to the date, (two weeks) to have a washer and dryer serviced per the warranty agreement. My father repeatly left several messages to the Federal Warranty Service Corporation. The agent were very uncooperative and offered no easy solution. Today, May 23,2013 the Maytag repair called the warranty company up and explain that it would cost over three US dollars to repair the washer. He was turned down and had to explain to my the father the situation. I have no grievances with the repair man, however, the company he works for and the Federal Warranty Service Corporation.

Today is the start of Memorial Day Weekend, and I find this absolutely shameful that some company that preys on the senior and the Generation of Heroes can get away with this. I am filing a complain with the proper channels with the Texas State Attorney, and the BBB.

I will fight tooth and nail to get his hard earn dollars returned to him, and I will not accept one penny less of the original extended warranty. We will continue to support the honor of this country, and will not except this unregulated service. Anyone up for a class action suit?
