 I am afro and NEVER had any racial profiling with Dart!!! I do my job, I communicate well am not a thug went to school not behind the gymnasium smoking but a good B student!!!!! Cb languages calls me monkey , but that doesn't make me one!!!! Oren family would not allow such behavior!!!! Did u go see him? Open door policy!!!!! Just doesn't add up!!!!! Put the real truth down!!!You are probably leaving some info out!! Been driving Dart 12 yrs bought 2 trucks from them!!! Great company to work with!!!!!!

Apparently this person wrote the other complaint in this category about Dart Transit.

I wouldn't want a person who even thought like this person does, working for me, and certainly not behind the wheel of a 40 ton bullet going down the highway.

Dart Transit has done nothing to deserve such a silly complaint.

No need to refute it either. Itr's clear why they decided to cut this guy loose, and quick too.

Blue eyed drivers, Chimpanzee,ape did this happen i can say one thing for shure that jeff claiming all other drivers but himself blue eyed drivers has just discriminated everyone else. I am a brown eyed lease owner operator and do not lower myself to name calling. The people in dispatch that i have seen or spoken to have not discriminated in any such manner. If dart cared so little about you they would have ended your contract with them and charged you for retriving thier truck. read your contract. you will find that they need a little more than not likeing your attitude to end your contract.

Dart transit pay by rand mcnally HHG miles that is told to you several times before you commit to signing the contract. HHG stands for house hold guide miles which are used by moving compainies to give discounted prices to home owners so they can move their belongings. the trucking industry uses them to give their customers cheaper freight rates which in turn has a negative effect on the drivers pay. This is not something new to the industry.

Fuel and advances you must have not been paying attention or you would know that after a load is delivered and entered in on the qualcom as being delivered you now have only 4 hours to use your fuel card for anything. after 4 hours it is cut off automaticly until you have accepted your next load. Usually you have another load based on the time your estimated time of availability.(whey you want to work again). Advances are not given out by dart very often if at all. their pay system doesnot allow for that. i will explain

You deliver your load at 0800 and then you go to the flying J. Here you scan your paperwork to dart using the scan and go. Dart recives them and usually by 1700 that same day you are PAID. WOW that quick yes it is. Darts deductions like the fuel you recive,truck payment, insurance, gualcom, maintence fund, ect..... will be deducted from your pay and anything left over will be your net pay. How do i know this because i log on and check my account on the dart driver net that has all my pay and deduction sheets. When you fuel you are aloud a max of $25.00 for a advance and dart urges you to manage your money better than to take a advance. I have heard of drivers needing emergency money and dart has advanced them the money but do not do this very often.

If you belive Jeff then dart transit is not in the business to make money but only to call people chimpanzee's and apes, last i have heard these things dont pay bills. take this person for what he is a unhappy uninformed truker who hurts our image more than he helps. no wonder people have stero typed our industry i dont blame them after reading his complaint.
