Daryl Moore Promised CPN with 800 credit File and a 100k Credit Card in 30 days Internet

I came across Daryl Moore's ad for his company on Craigslist. It was titled Cpn number with high limit credit card in 30 days.  I answered his ad with the thought that I could get a CPN file with an 800 credit score and a credit card with a limit of 100,000k in 30 days for 3500 dollars. After back anf forth communication with Daryl for a few days he convinced me that it wasn't a scam. Being the skeptic that I am I was really not sold. What finally sold me was the fact that he accepted payment through paypal. So i went ahead with it and put my payment through to paypal. I was also unaware that paypal has a 45 day window for anyone to file a complaint and ask for a refund.  On Feb 27 The process began. So I began counting down the days. By March 27 I should of had a A file along with my credit card that would be 30 days. So here's the scam. All throughout the process Daryl stays in constant contact with me at least once a week giving me a status report of where my file is. Everything is good he says.

At day 30 he sends me email claiming that he's having problems with my file and he has to add something else to my file in order to get approval from the credit card company. This he says should take another 10-15 days which puts me at 45 days and also puts me out of reach for a complaint or refund with paypal.( I wasn't aware of this fact, I thought you could get a refund anytime). At the 46 day mark he then says he's fallen behind and I'm about 5 people behind. I still remain patient and he assures me that in 10 more days the process will be complete. Now at the 56 day mark I contact him by email and I receive no response.  I contact him by telephone leaving countless voicemails and text messages still no response. This missing in action Daryl is not to be found for almost 10days.

Now we are exactly 66 days into this process and I have no cpn file no credit card and no contact from daryl moore. On the 76th day after begging yes begging for a response he finally responds to my email from the same email account that we've had contact with since day 1and he says The feds have my phone and computer I can't say anything else now. Which was total bull. How can the feds confiscate your computer yet you still send and email from the exact address and your phone lines are still on to this day. If the feds indeed had your computer and phone they would shut down your email and phone lines, or you would be smart enough to contact anyone you do business with from another email address and phone that the feds aren't watching. So after about the 80th day he finally calls me from a different phone and tells me he plans on issuing me a refund. First thing Monday morning. This conversation took place on a friday. Monday morning comes and no answer he stopped answering phones and emails. Its June 2nd and all contact on his end has completely stopped. I'm usually a skeptic and I stand by the saying "If its to good to be true then it probably not true." But i was tricked. Daryl Moore is good at doing this sort of thing says all the right things knows the business really well gains your confidence then he's gone.It happens everyday to good people. This man ruins lives. I'm not sure if this will help any but I'm done looking for a refund I just want to put the word out on this guy so no one else is fooled.
