I'm writing this report to inform every one who's thinking of using Dheer/Data Entry Assistant's services about what he is really selling.

On his website (http://www.dataentryassistant.com) he offers to create bulk accounts, both PVA and non-PVA on a variety of popular sites, such as facebook, myspace, youtube, etc. He advertises his services as "quality" ones and charges a lot more than other providers for the accounts he makes. When I first started dealing with him things looked fine and I even let the price slide 'cause his accounts did look better than other service providers at first. After a while I started noticing that many of the bulk email accounts I'd ordered were either: already used by someone else before me to send spam (which makes the accounts useless to me since they're automatically disabled/blocked once you try to log in) or he would give me the wrong passwords and again, I couldn't log in at all.

I let it slide after the first time, but I decided to report my problems to him after the second time. Here's where it all went wrong. After I accepted the set of replacement accounts he had offered, I again tested all of them to see if they worked. Turns out I still couldn't log into the accounts at all, even though they were supposed to be the new replacement accounts. I again reported the problem to him in hopes that he would solve it and I could get my working accounts. By this time he started replying with very angry emails and barely even read my own replies to his email where I tried to explain every problem I had with the accounts.

After a while I offered to make a video of me trying to log into the accounts he sent me as proof that they didn't work, and I did make the video, uploaded it and sent it to him and him only. It's important to know that right after I reported the accounts didn't work, he changed the first account's password to match the one in the file he sent me and told me they did work. Now, even after he did that all the other accounts wouldn't work, so I this time right after he downloaded and watched the video proof, he went back and changed the password for the account that I showed in the video (a random one out of the hundreds that I'd ordered).

After I noticed this and emailed him about it, he replied with the a very angry and unprofessional email filled with insults. The proof is in the screenshots I uploaded.

He apparently handles all his "costumer service" himself and is also very unwilling to admit when he does something wrong and give his clients the services they paid for. Like I said before, this wasn't the first time I had problems with his services but it will certainly be the last one. After speaking with some other clients of his I noticed that I wasn't the only one having this kind of issues with his services since they had also had similar things happen to them even for accounts on different sites. This is why I decided to report him here.

To sum things up, if you're looking for a bulk account provider for your online business and need working, new and never before sold accounts (after all, that's the reason you buy bulk accounts in the first place right? to actually use them) then don't waste your money with dheer/dheeraj's services.

is. I might be not native English speaker but still I can understand and may be I have misunderstood your last sentence due to your irony for my business and me.

I'm not the guy who don't care for customers but today is not a great day for me as many wearied things are happening from morning.

Don't mind my language I just don't behave like a typical customer care man but I always care my customers. If I was not the one who didn't cared then why I would have to write all that?

Any news? btw I DID notice that a little while after the video was downloaded (I upped it to my mediafire account so I could tell as soon as it was downloaded) I could suddenly log into the account as if someone had changed the password just for that. So take a look at the file you sent me and the one you have and see if there actually was a problem with gmail/yahoo (AKA MY EMAIL ADDRESS OR YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS) LIKE LAST TIME or give me some proof that you're actually able to log into ALL the accounts (NOT JUST THE FIRST TWO) with the passwords you sent me. I'll take some screenshots or record myself with camtasia to give you proof that I CANNOT LOG INTO THE ACCOUNTS AT ALL.

Dude, I've been telling you I'm COPYING AND PASTING the account details to log into them. That means I'm doing it manually, not with any software. I can take screenshots of the whole process or even record myself trying to log in with camtasia if you want proof. I already told you that I'm NOT asking you to change ANY passwords! I'm ONLY asking you to SOLVE this. If you have to give me another batch of replacement accounts to solve this, fine. No, I don't always complain. I've had problems one other time at most. If I wanted a refund I'd have just open up a dispute with paypal and got it over with, but I've bought from you several times and most of the times I haven't had any problems with the hotmail accounts. I'm emailing you because I want what I paid for and not a refund.

If you don't care about your costumers, even long term costumers like me, fine. If you really aren't going to solve this then send me a refund and get it over with. But this isn't the first time I've had this kind of problems with your hotmail accounts, just the first time I've complained about it.

If you made a mistake with the passwords or if for some reason gmail changed the file again (like it happened the last time I had a problem) and made the passwords all lowercase even though you usually make accounts with passwords that are both upper and lower case like this -> LdfsEfgHsre then tell me and solve this. I'm NOT asking you to log into any accounts and change any passwords. I'm asking you to SOLVE THIS because I need the accounts NOT a refund. If you're changing the passwords for the first few accounts just to tell me they work, fine no prob. But I can pick out any other random account, copy the details and try to log in to find that I'm still getting the errors. And NO, I'M NOT DOING ANYTHING WRONG. I've ordered from you SEVERAL TIMES and I'm WELL AWARE OF HOW TO USE ACCOUNTS, so the error is NOT on my part.

Like I said, I do not copy the : or add a space or something to the passwords that could make this happen. I copy the emails and passwords EXACTLY like they are in the file. For example: I copy the email first -> johannakyhp@hotmail.com and then I copy the password -> hquncqig

I do not add anything to either one that could make this error happen. Yes, that account you mentioned NOW works, but every one of the other 499 accounts DO NOT work with the passwords you gave me. You could have easily changed the password for that first account so you can tell me it works. Fine. I just want what I paid for, aka 500 new and WORKING hotmail accounts.

Thanks for the replacement but when I try to log into any of the accounts they all say "the email or password is incorrect. please try again". I copied the emails and passwords exactly like they are in the file (without the : or spaces, of course) and tried several times for each email, but nothing. If the passwords are wrong then let me have the actual passwords, but if the emails and passwords are correct then I'll need another replacement since I can't log in at all.

Hey, I bought these accounts yesterday and I'm already having problems with them. So far all the accounts I've tried to log into are blocked and it looks like they have all been used to send spam (which is why they're blocked). I wanted new accounts that had never been used before, not resold ones that someone else used before me.

Hope you can replace them ASAP or I might have to do a chargeback. Thanks.
