There are ads on Craiglist for "Office Work" or something along those lines. When you send them an email, they will reply from datacorp@comcast.net. I tried to get some substantial information -- phone number, address, even a WEB address -- and "Kate" continued to blow me off, saying she was taking finals this week or something like that.

In essense, she wants me to pay her $20 to learn how to advertise this same disservice and get other people to pay ME $20, and so on. Classic pyramid scheme.

Hi Jyoti,

I too replied to a craigslist ad that read:
Office Work- We are looking for candidates who are very motivated for various positions we have available. We are looking for self-starters for sales positions, networking and marketing. Work for a fortune 500 company registered with the Better Business Bureau. For more information, please inquire as soon as possible because timing is critical! We need these positions filled now! Anyone can apply. No experience necessary. Full training is provided. When replying, please put "THE BIG PICTURE" in the subject line.

About 20 minutes later I recived this email from her:

Go to www.TheBestOnlineSystem.com and you MUST enter access code 131087 . Please make sure you fill out the form at the end of the presentation for more information and so I can call you. I will talk to you soon!

I was very angry! So I sent her this email:

"You are spamming me. This is not an hourly full time job as you posted on craigslist. You are a spammer, liar and a scammer. I will see to it that your posting will be removed."

So I wrote:

No you are crazy...advertising this BS as a job. This is NOT a legit hourly, full time paying job. So yes, call me crazy....but at least I am not a liar like yourself....posting jobs that do not exist! There is no office work you idiot. So why dont you go play in the highway- because you and your website are good for nothing! This email has been forwarded to the craigslist abuse team.

Dear Craigslist,

Advertised on your website is another "job opportunity" that does not exist @ http://portland.craigslist.org/mlt/ofc/314819327.html
As you can see from the past emails from this person this is not a job but yet another MLM Scam. As a job seeker I am tired of seeing this crap on craigslist. I do not know what is a legit job and what is not a legit job because of all of these morons are being dishonest and psoting jobs that do not exist. Please remove this off your website as it is NOT legit.

You are right...I am sorry you lost your $20.00 to a liar and scum of the earth!

Then she said:

I did not respond then she sent this to me:
