2.  I understand that all sales are final and due to the electronic nature of the data we provide, refunds will not be issued

3.  I have fully researched this service before signing this Agreement and find the service appropriately meets my advertising needs.

4.   I will NOT request a "chargeback" from my Credit Card Company. I also understand that if I request a chargeback from my credit card company or put a stop payment on my check, my account will be turned over to H&M Financial Corporation dba Check/Mate for payment under this Agreement. Additionally, there will be a twenty percent (20%) collection fee added to the delinquent balance.

5.  I hold Taub National Inc. dba Emarketing Solutions harmless to any liabilities resulting from my use or misuse of the data purchased.  I understand Taub National Inc. dba Emarketing Solutions is ONLY responsible for it's OWN advertising which is available at its web site at http://www.americaint.com - a site which I have visited, completely read and understand.

6.  I completely and unconditionally verify that I have received my service as promised.  I understand that if I am ordering email marketing data, Taub National Inc. dba Emarketing Solutions does not make any claims expressed or implied as to the response rate linked to any advertising campaign through which the said data was used.  I also understand that Taub National Inc. dba Emarketing Solutions is not liable for any legal or criminal problems that may result from the delivery of my message to any data purchased through Taub National Inc. dba Emarketing Solutions.
