   The document is in response to Scott Rister of State Capital financial ripoff report. If one runs a DNB report on Scott Rister or his company State Capital Financial, nothing else would have to be said. His company has one of the worst reports I have ever seen. He has a D Rating and over 46 BBB reports against him.

   The State of Vermont sued them under the Vermont Consumer Fraud Acts prohibition of unfair and deceptive trade practices. I have attached the suite by Vermont and the state of Minnesota just filed against him. He was order to pay back everyone in the state of Vermont. Other states are currently reviews him and his company.

   Every word in his sentences was a lie not one part is the truth; he even didnt have the guts to post his name. Scott wanted the work to be done without a permit and I refused. We dont do illegal work. I went to pull the permit and was told not to come back to the job site. His company is not a valid corporation in the state of Florida. Scott never paid a cent toward the job. All Scott has to do is pay the bill! Contrary to Scott beliefs we dont work for free. We do good work for a fair price.

   We delivered all material for the job and completed the work. Scott didn't pay a cent toward his 9K worth of work. When we tried to collect we found his business is not license in the state of Fl and he and his company has burned many customer as a credit repair company.

   Scott might have been in business ripping people off for over the past 10 yrs but not under the same company names.

   DataElectric is an approved Nortel, Avaya, Cisco, TelStrat, Valcom dealer. DataElectric has many large and small satisfied customers and would be happy to share with whom ever ask. We are approve to do business with Local and State government under the Avaya, Nortel, TelStrat contract. Manufactures dont approve reseller to the government easily let alone keep them reseller by ripping off customers. 

   We take our reputation seriously if Scott had a valid complaint we at DataElectric would fix the issue quickly to his satisfaction but one cant fix a problem were the customer intended not to pay.

   With all the State suites, attorney fees, court fees and having to pay back every client in the state of Vermont also the state of Vermont for over 40K I guess there was not enough money left to pay me! I wish he would have told my in the first place.
