Dave is a profiteer. This man is a snake oil salesmen looking to profit from the hardship of others. They go by choice loan consulting or American Debt Settlement. They are not a law firm and have no credentials to assist anyone with a hardship. Dave is interested in one thing and that is putting money is his own pocket.
