I just checked my bank account online and stupid me, for the first time in a VERY LONG time, I actually scrolled down to see deductions and credits and that is when I saw the deduction of $29.95 taken by a company that did not ring a bell. This is when I did a search online and came upon this site.

I want to thank Jim who posted the initial report and I wish we could get in contact somehow and take those thieves on together.

In any event, over one year ago, I too, picked up the phone to order the books and have become a victim of this scam. About 30 minutes ago, I called the scam company and spoke with a man named John (as if that is going to be his real name). I tried to be calm when John told me that I signed up for some kind of package. I told him, I didn't sign up for ANYTHING, I simply called the number that was advertised on television to order books. John responded that with that I agreed to some program that comes with the books.

I remember that shortly after I purchased the books, I kept receiving phone calls from that company trying to get me to agree to use their services for a fee. Each time that they called, I told them that I am not interested and I hung up.

I also contacted my bank today and cancelled my debit card. Tomorrow morning I will contact the Credit Card Fraud Department of my bank to see if I can get the money reimbursed that was taken from my account. I am a little bit concerned though that I might not if this scam artist cannot be located, how on earth will my bank recover the money that they will refund me, from him ?

I am ready to go if there are people out there that are willing to go for a lawsuit, a class action suit. I will also contact the FBI and file a report with them.

Jim, if you read this I would like to be in contact with you to see what can be done about these people.

I am out of about $400 thus far, if not more and I am angry as heck at myself for not having taken a closer look at my bank statements all of this time and I am angry at myself because I fell victim to this scam.

I just conducted a little search about this company online and this is the address that I came up with:

Auction for Income
10105 East Via Linda
PMB103-339
Scottsdale, AZ. 85258

I hope that many will come together and take these people out and put them behind bars.

AUCTIONS FOR INCOME/DAVE ESPINO IS A LYING, SCAMMING CHEAT!!

AUTHOR: MS. KAKES - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, July 19, 2009

I purchased AUCTIONS FOR INCOME in 2003, and it cost me $59.99. On the infromercial Dve Espino promised that he would work with us "personally" to get our website set up, financial gain, 24hr customer/website service to help set up your web site, and timely responses to our email questions.

Well I never any of that, I called customer service countless times and was told to leave a message and no one returned my calls and when someone did answer it was a female was yawning on the other end and sounded as if she was working out of basment or a cave and she was very rude and disrespectful. And I never received any responses to my emails. I tried and tried to get my business up off the ground, but to my dismay after 2 months of trying to get help from PISS POOR Dave Espino and his SNIDE, DISRESPECTFUL I requested my money back and those crooks haven't sent me a response nor my money back as of yet!!

I didn't know about this website back then, but I did email everyone in my address book and told them not to fall for DAVE ESPINO'S c**k AND BULL PROMISES and to pass it on to everyone that they knew!!

*****IF ANYONE KNOWS ANY LEGIT HOME BASED BUSINESSES OUT THERE PLEASE LET ME KNOW****

One CD-ROM...$39.95 every month

AUTHOR: Bnb_07 - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, June 29, 2009

This has also accured to me. Im a 20 year old, full time student, with a part time job, who was looking for an easy way to make some extra cash to pay for books for college. When I seen the advertisement on TV, I thought Auction for Income would be a great idea, since Im on a computer 24/7! I purchase Auction for Income a month ago, for $49.95, I receive one CD-ROM with all the books I thought I had purchased! The phone calls from several differnet companys started calling my house phone and cell phone numbers. Not only did I not deny the offer from every indiviual that called, the phone calls never stopped, every 30 minutes I was recieving phone call after phone call. After selling a couple of things to help pay for summer classes. I noticed last week, that a charge of $39.95 from a random company, nearly 6 states away from my hometown, had been placed on my credit card that I used to purchase Auction for Income. I was highly upset & instead of calling, I searched on the Internet to find out what I could do to stop these people from charging my account for no reason!!

Something needs to be done!

Please help!
