Dave Kobel Heating & Air Dishonest Cheating employees and general contractors then threatens them when he's backed into a corner. Ogden Utah

I'm not going to say much because I'm an outsider looking in but he is a dishonest cheat. He has cheated general contractors and employees and then gets upset at them when he's caught.

One thing Mr. Kobel doesn't understand is that I know several of the same people he knows, and frankly his "scumbag-ness" shows through more and more every day.

In the beginning I felt bad for Mr. Kobel because I know he's had several cashflow problems and was trying to pull his name and his company out from the hole they are sitting in right now but after his actions with contractors and employees that sympathy I had has diminished entirely.

It's unfortunate that people like Mr. Kobel get away with treating people like this. I just hope that any contractors and/or employees find out what a schmuck Mr. Kobel is before it's too late.
