Dave Pillott and Leanne Eskdale and Edmonton Hardwood Floors are victims of libel and slander by the woman who posted the untrue comments. None of these statements posted are true.

Edmonton Hardwood did do this customers floor. She is a person who is very unhappy with her lifestyle and took it out on us and our company. There should be a Ripp-off report for contractors who have to deal with these kind of customers. Edmonton Hardwood Floors did do her floors. We were paid for the work done. We did not want to do any more work for her, she kept some custom built steps that were ordered to be returned to us. She would not return them so a law suit commenced and she made an offer to settle a few days before court.

We accepted and for that we have been reported to ripp-off report in her attempt to ruin us personally and our company, as she stated in her phone calls of harassment to us.

It is unfortunate that there are such revengeful unhappy people in this world who stoop to this level. Thank you to the clerks at the courthouse for all your help. I am sorry ladies that you had to waste so much of your time with this person.

In response to the statements of the unbalanced woman who settled out of court, as she did not have any hope in the legal action Leanne Eskdale and Dave Pillott and Edmonton Hardwood Floors took against her. She made an offer to settle and we accepted. In response to losing she is harassing us and illegally posting untrue statements.

It is unfortunate for us that she is trying unsuccessfully to ruin us and our company. As you can read from the report she rambles on to discredit us. In her pathetic attempt, being uneducated we expected this kind of unprofessional slander from her. Her husband warned us.

We have been doing floors for over 30 years and we work on referrals only. Edmonton Hardwood Floors did do her floor, we were paid. The customer wanted more work done. We did not want to work for her anymore. Custom built stairs were not returned to us, so a lawsuit took place. It is unfortunate that there is not a ripp-off report for contractors like ourselves who have to deal with vicious revengeful people who lie.

I have never written a check to this person or did any of the imature comments posted by her. If you notice in her attempt to discredit us she posted three reports acting like we had three unhappy customers. The reports are all posted the same day minutes apart. In all my years of hard work I have never been able to do three full installations and finish them all in the same day.

I will be posting pictures on the next rebuttal and you tell me what you think of her beautiful hardwood floors. Thank you but it is unfortunate it has come to this.
