Ever since Dave Shah bought this building from RXR, its gone to complete s**t. From not shoveling snow, to not cleaning the gym, to replacing the existing toilet paper with sand paper. This "slumlord" is the worst. I feel like dirtier person ever since he bought this building. He advertises that there is a sauna and a steam room, what he is leaving out is the fact that both have been BROKEN ever since he bought the builing because of his lack of maintenance. DO NOT RENT FROM DAVE SHAH AS HE IS A SCAM ARTIST. He saves money in all the wrong places. Its hot as hell in the summer and freezing in the winter in this building. He is THE WORST!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SLUMLORD!!!
