David A Ortiz Took money for flooring and has not delivered product Scottsdale Arizona

 David A Ortiz took my money for vinyl flooring on 2-7-17. He told me he had the vinyl in his warehouse and would get it installed as soon as I needed it. I have been in contact with him at 480 323-6872. He keeps telling me he is too busy to install the flooring. I asked him to hire someone else to install it and am awaiting an answer. I asked him to refund my money so I could purchase product from someone else. I had a bad feeling and Google his name and found the reports from others here on ripoff. I doubt I will ever get my flooring or my money. Pls. If anyone has any further infornation about David. Where he resides or anything that can help me get to file a lawsuit against him or aid you in your lawsuit...pls get in touch with me at (((REDACTED))). We need to make sure no one else becomes a victim of this man.
