98% of these reports on this website are fraudulent.   This bogus claim is no different.  The person filing this is named Pamela Weeks from Greenville, SC.  She belongs to a church called Springwell  www.springwell.org.   This person is mentally unstable, not to mention financially unable to purchase real estate in Sarasota, FL.  Realtors cannot collect monies directly from legitimate purchasers of real estate.  Money given to Realtors must go into a state-monitored escrow account.  Any complaints against Realtors in FL must go to the Department of Business Regulation and filed accordingly.  Bottom line, this report has no basis in fact or reality.

The person making this claim is named Pamela Weeks from Greenville, SC.  She contacted me from the Yahoo games website she is referencing and is in fact the stalker herself. 

First of all, how was she ripped off?  What's the name of this site?  Anyone caring to check David Barr with Florida DBPR will see that I have a squeaky clean record as a Realtor since being licensed in Florida in 2002.  I am not sure how, in her original post, playing canasta on a Yahoo games site has resulted in me ripping her off in a real estate deal.

Secondly, how did this woman get my number?  She repeatedly called me herself over 7 years ago, and I have the phone records to show this.  She is an admitted alcoholic and drug user.  In fact, I invite you to contact this woman directly:  insureu4less@gmail.com.  Since she's posted my phone number, hers are as follows:  864-631-1751   cell 864-436-1093.

Third, notice her screen name?  Davidbarrnightmare?  Doesn't exactly sound like she's a victim.  She's either under the influence, or she's insane, or both.
