I was missled as well I bougfht 3 trike roketa bikes 150cc - $6600 dollars for I and my family an none of them run. I have had them for 37 days an David stopped returning my calls when they started to break- I strongly warn ALL to stay away an out of contatc with this man an ICEBEAR all together. Any positive comments posted about the company are more then likely posted by David Bergman himself or a colleague.
The bikes were to come with lift gate service and did not the bikes had to be unloaded by the driver and myself. The bikes are to go 55-60mph per website they only go 40mph. They have barely ran since we recevied them 37 days ago, parts fall off while riding (rear brakes), they won't start, fuel leaks from seams in muffler. Some of the parts have broken and we still have not gotten the replacements. David will not return calls now that we have them and does not want to deal with us at all, ignores calls and emails. We have found out from mechanics the bikes need to be completely rebuild so they will run. We have paid all this money and now need to pay someone to rebuild them, what a rip off. Were promised the colors we wanted but when it came to the finally sale David tells us he only has these colors now and will not be getting more. The tires come with no lock pins so have come lose while riding, these bikes are so dangerouse. David has promised us the bikes would be great for us and two kids, would you put your child on something the wheels will come off!! These bikes look cool sitting in the drive but they can not be ridden or trusted.
David Bergman is a con man and good at what he does. Do not buy any products that come them David Bergman, extreme scooters, x-treme schooters, or ice bear their products are junk. We have contacted BBB, FTC and Attorney Generals Office to see how we can put him out of business so no one else waste their money on them.

Mr. Andre Ross is one interesting individual. First informed me that he cannot beleive we can sell a 150cc Trike for that low of a price delivered for $2200. He told me he was an ATT employee and will give me some special deals if I can get these 3 Trikes to him and his friends.
I informed him of the colors choices and asked him if he would take them, because these were the last 3 left that our wearhouse had, and sold out otherwise in the US. So gave him first choice. He agreed and received all 3 trikes delivered with no issues.
It turned out, and I don't blame him for that, that he has no idea how an engine operates, and does not even know the basics. Which is perfectly fine, as I told him take the Trikes to a mechanic to show you the basics. Also, offered a phone number of another customer that just received the same model Trike, and agreed to offer assistance to Mr. Andre Ross. The name of the mechanically knowledgeable customer is David Pennell TL (618) 439-1765, who agreed to give information about how well and excellent his identical make and model Trike is. Mr. Andre Ross did contact David Pennell. I then contacted David Pennell to ask him how did the conversation with Andre Ross went. David Pennell told me that the reason Andre Ross has had issues is because he does not even know how to adjust the Idle Speed on the Carburetor. As a matter of fact one time Mr. Andree Ross called me in the middle of the night saying one of his friend's Trikes Stopped and would Not Start, and it turned out to be that Mr. Andre Ross did not realize that his friend had accidently hit the Kill Switch on the Trike and did not re-set it, so the Trike would not start until it was re-set.
Oh Well, Myself I have spent hours with Andre on the phone explaining basic operation, etc. even on Sunday, I called him back.
The last message he left me on my cell phone was I need a New Windshield under warranty because my windshield came with a crack. Which is true it did, and he sent me a photo, as requested, and I am asking Icebear again to send a new one to him. All in all he is a good guy if you can call him that. Very un-appreciative I would say. He expects me to jump in the middle of the night and tell him how to adjust his carburetor so the Trike will do 55 mph instead of 45 mph. I hope he understand, oh well, I have kids too. Andre a High Performance Chrome Pipe is available that would get you to 65 mph, I can order one for you. As far as safety pins on the wheels self locking nut, you can get them at any automotive parts store they are about 50 cents each or so, and I do appologize for that, as I am not the one that packaged them.
