David promised Title to be mailed with in a few days and it still has not been recieved.Purchased a 97 Mustang from him at his home.
He won't return calls, finally caught him in a lie when I found these other reports on Ripoff Report. Always answers phone as Matt until I asked if his wife Wendy would be home when I came for the Title. He went off cussing and threatning me.
He works out of his house and from other cases is good at scamming people.
He advertises on Craigs List and E-bay as well. He always has an excuse why its not been mailed out. This guy is a thief and a liar. Heres his add so don't fall to his scam

David again needs to learn how to count- it was 29 days because he knows at 30 days by law I could request back all my money and any charges that were aquired for this vehicle including insurance and all else. He did finaly provide the Title but new I had contacted appropriate authorities. People are now watching.

1st The statement saying the title was not delivered for the 97 mustang is an OUT right LIE!! Indiana law allows 21 days for a title to be delived from a dealer. The buyer signed the 21 affidavit at time of purchase ....I AM A DEALER and the title was DELIVERED certified mail in 16 days from purchase. The actual buyer of the car had no prob with that. This was done by the mother and we HAVE since filed a law suit for the listing here on ripoff.com. I will be glad to show the signed receipt from the US mail regaurding the tilte delivery comfirmation. 2nd. My wife wendy was no part of selling the car and this is the 2nd part of the lawsuit for the slanderous comments made here.
