DAVID LERNER ASSOCIATES,INC. Apple REIT 10 Investment Syosset, New York

On April 13, 2012 I invested 5,000.00 and my son invested 3,000 in to a Apple REIT 10 ,Traditional IRA fOR 2011 tax  . My 5,000.00 was invested corectly my sons 3,000 was invested in a money market account with no interest bering at all . They gave me and my son a form to fill out and sign .

I mentioned to both investment counselor put my sons 3,000 in to the Apple REIT 10 just as it was placed for 2010 Tax year . July 16 , 2012 I went to the office to ask about the 3,000 .Why was'nt it invested into the Apple REIT 10 .They said they have to talk to my son . Which is a lie . THEY gave the forms and collected the money .

They said they called my son several times and never my home . They lied again . The only time they called was July 16,2012 after I approched them and spoke to the vice president, who was usless and also lied .

On  July 17, 2012 I drove to the office and asked for Mr. Darren Nomberg . He said he would see me in 1 hour. I waited and never spoke to him at all . I was told they want to see my son and sign some papers . It was impossible for him to come since he does not live near buy and he works late hours .

They called the  police because I was loud and I told them they were theifs and very upset . They knew exactly what they were doing . My son lost interest from April 13, 2012 and the money is in the money market  IRA with no interest .

As of today nothing has been done to correct this pproblem .

I will never invest any money at David Lerner again . I hope to take my money out and put a complaint against them to the SEC and attorney generals office .. And I adivse to all investers not to invest any money with David Lerner assoc. in the U S . They just take your money and do not follow up with your investments or calls .
