For more than two years David J. McGinness, DOB 30 Jul 66, has been soliciting sex from craigslist users. Not content to use the adults-only "personals" section, he deliberately places these ads on a board frequented by minors, the "gigs" board for short-team legitimate work.
David J. McGinness offers about 8%- 10% of the market rate for sex workers, posting week after week.($25=$30/Hr.) What adult sex worker would accept this offer?
Why would any of his neighbors allow him to summon street criminals and junkies to the neighborhood for this purpose?
He requests someone who will have sex with him beside his swimming pool, which as anyone can see from Google aerial photos is in plain view of neighbors. hHe is attempting to have sex in public.
This information was supplied about a year ago to the Tewksbury police who had a polite talk with this Town official wherin David J. McGinness "agreed" to cease his criminal behavior. They then proceeded to waste public resources investigating an obviously false police report filed by DAvid J. McGinness that he was being "harrassed" by craigslist users who were attempting to dissuade him from his criminal activity; by demanding that he stop, posting on whistleblowers web sites, and warning his neighbors near his home at 27 Tomahawk Drive, Tewksbury MA.
These things were posted out of frustration after Tewksbury police not only refused to enforce the law, but aided and abetted the crime.
A Tewsksbury detective wasted town resources paying homage to this criminal town official at his home (rather than bringing him in for questioning). Then he used considerable investigatice resources trying to track down who was "harrassing" the criminal.
McGinness posted again , this time on the adults-only "personals" board, but was apparently indignant at having to pay the same rate for a sex worker as every other John, and this week he posted again on Craigslist.

David J. McGinness specifically seeks a male for "massage", but inserts numerous obscene sexual remarks in the body of the text.
(This is standard practice when soliciting sex for a fee or drugs or other criminal tranactions) I'm not going to put all of the obscene remarks on this board, but he is EXPLICITLY seeking to recieve anal intercourse and when someone replies he emails back from a user named "Man In Man is Hot" and asks "when can you c*m over".
The references to massage are obviously a lie, the converation immediately turns to anal sex immediately after the first email.
Massage outcalls are $100/ hr. Sex worker outcalls are $300 hr. David J. McGinniss refuses to pay, and prefers to post dozens of obscene, sexually explicit criminal ads on "gigs" offering 10% of market rate. And then sends out obscene sexual emails to anyone who replies.
