David Miller Emailed me about a job opportunity with KForce. Claimed to be in Washington, DC Internet

I was contacted by "David Miller" about a position with KForce Staffing. The email looked legit so I responded because I had applied to a job there on a job site. He offered me a phone interview but needed me to fill out a questionnaire, a reference form and take a pre-assessment. He included a link to obtain a study guide and I paid 20 dollars for what looked like a college text on in house training. The assessment looked nothing like the guide and he never called me for the interview. I guess he already had everything he needed.
