David Olvera ripoff never completed work and borrowed money never saw him again still owes in excess of $200 and ripped off other neighbors Peoria Arizona

David came over to the house with the sob story his car was stolen with all his tools. He said he had no work and would like to do handyman work. I agreed and paid him money to fix the sprinkler system in the front yard. He was paid about $500 in all. He purchased some parts which he was given money for and never even showed the receipts. He then asked to borrow money to get car out of pound. He was given $50 dollars and never repaid it. For 3 months the drip system in the yard was never completed. He always had an excuse of why he was not finishing the job. i had a written contract with him which he never fufilled. He would always say his truck was broke down or he was out of town.

At one point he said i needed a new timer box cover which was $25 dollars, i paid him and i never received the box. When i called a professional company out to finish the job which he never completed they told me this model didnt have a cover for the timer box. This man has also ripped off other people in the neighborhood and has never completed work for some fellow neighbors. David's business card states he does affordable tile work but beware. If he fixed yards like tile then you will have a concrete floor to sleep on. .
