I least a car through Chrysler capital of Fort Worth Texas I had no choice because the car dealer and Chrysler in general use Chrysler capital for leases and finances so I agreed to buy the car that im very happy with.first they mail me my first statement with the wrong account number I set up a bill paid through my bank sent out first payment and it came through with no problems,second payment I made with the same account number and they sent me a late fee with a notice saying I'm behind to find out they gave me the wrong account number they gave me a second number was assigned to me. since then they can't find my payments even though my bank says I paid it and they took the money. this went on for 5 months I'm on my 7th month now my statements are wrong late fees are still there.20 people later telling me late fees have been erased and I am current .my paper statement says differently and my online account says the same,this is appalling and it's an embarrassment to Chrysler.Chrysler capital is in my eyes incompetent or they're doing it on purpose they keep saying they're fixing the problem and they fixed it ,and I get the same old problem I have 2 more years of this lease. furthermore I've asked if I could check my balance as I go,they say I can I can't, the website is not good enough to do simple stuff like that. they also cannot tell me what my lease percentage is. which is ridiculous that a lease company over the phone cannot look up your records of your account contract, and tell you what you're lease percentage is. this is the worst experience I've had with any lease company thus far. I've had lease company problems before I've always always been leary of leasing. I only leased to make my payments only a little cheaper.never again will I lease only finance. this is a mockery of customer service.because of  the consistancey and frequency of the problems I feel that this is not incompetence on their part, I cannot help to say this  must be out of spite because of my frustration of thier lack of customer service and ability to perform at thier jobs they recieve a salary for.
