The cost of repair for damage to the house plus outstanding water bills and back rent payments he left me are well over $2500.00. At the time David maintained that he was going to pay for everything. But soon after he moved out, David kept on lying to me every time I asked him for the money . He started to intimidate me and even made threats to me. I haven't heard from him since. He is a pastor of Church in Northeast Philadelphia. The people in Northeast Philadelphia deserves to know the truth about David Pierre.
