All you know how to do Ryan, is lie.  You are nothing but a lying scumbag thief.  Why not go ahead and admit it publicly?  Everyone knows it. 

The e-mails that I sent him were the truth of exactly what and who he is, a lying scum thief, plain and simple. The only thing he's changed is his rip off price to $245.00, according to the latest rip off reported. Congrats to the latest one ripped off-you at least got a $50.00 discount. He accuses me of being childish!? Who is the childish one? He's the one ripping people off everywhere! Amazing that you send someone $295.00 in good faith and trust, and Ryan, being the "upstanding business man" that he is supposed to be, and you still have to continually send him your name and information?! What kind of business is that? I'll answer the question-he's a ripoff scum. That's what you are Ryan! Why don't you man up, scum? The following are, again, e-mails that I received from "Ryan" or whoever he is:

#1: David L wrote: Mr Ryan, noticed your rebuttal on Rip Off Report website. Since I paid you $295.00 along with all the others, where is all the pertinent information that I am supposed to have? This is your chance to redeem yourself. I will be waiting for the information, and another chance to update my report on the web site.

Ryan's response to #4: None, and I have not received my refund, and I'm sure I won't. These all were sent from, Saturday, July 19th, 2008 through Tuesday, July 22nd, that being the last one that I sent with no response.

You may or not want to put what I actually called him in my e-mails. It's up to you, but I never used profanity. Examples were: Hey scum. Scum reminder for you scum, although I know you don't need one because you are the scum of the earth. How's it feel, scum, with all that scum sticking to the roof of your mouth scum?
These are examples of some of my e-mails, which by the way, I still have them all. Ryan, or whoever he is, is a lying scum thief. He always comes up with lies in response to all of these reports. It's been a month on the 22nd of August since I told him to send me my money back, and to date-nothing. Just like all of these that have been ripped off by him-they have nothing. As to what he said in his e-mail at the top that I wanted him to do everything, well, in his large "postcards" and his downloadable "report" on his "site", it is all done by him. All you have to do is either make the calls or the e-mails, and "he" or "they" tell you everything to say. OK Ryan, or whoever you are. Come up with another lie in response to this rebuttal, because I'll call you, you lying scum. I'll call you on each and every lie that you present-from now on, scum!

If someone sent you an email every day with profound bad language and being really childish with giving there name and without saying what there problem was, you would probably inore them as well?

We gave him access to web site answered his questions only to discover he wanted us to do everything for him, but that is not the deal.

This "rebuttal" David Ryan has written is another one of his lies! As all of the other reports have stated, I contacted him several times to find out where my "package" was. Along with all of these e-mails, I included my information so that he would be able to reference it. He is lying, as he has in all his other rebuttals to all other reports, about trying to contact me.

I have, since I first read his rebuttal, sent him 2 e-mails requesting my "package", or information regarding his "new" website so that I can "download" my information. Isn't it interesting that he never addresses all of the details of the actual e-mails that I received from him including all of the threats to come to my address. I think all of his victims should get together and form a welcoming party for him when and if he does have the guts to show his scum face. Which, I do doubt will ever happen. Just wanted to write this to let everyone know that he is up and running to rip off others! Someone needs to note this guy, and if anyone has any contacts with the FBI or any other source that would be willing to investigate let us know and follow up on it. I am considering trying to contact Dateline NBC as well. When and if you read this Ryan, you need to try and tell the truth, if you can that is.

this guy sent me maybe 20 emails asking information on how to get started, he never included his name and we aksed for it at least 10 times, he only gave his name after we sent his emails to gmail
