Update. after numberous un annswered messages. my wife and myself headed to orillia to get my motorcycle frame and swing arm. the last time i talked to david small( the biggest liar i have ever met. he was to ship it back to me and he said he was looking at it and it was georgious. well i showed up there only to see a mish mash of buildings surrounding their house. i knocked on the door. dogs started barking and david son i think his name is jason came out another door at wich time i confronted him.

he was also the guy who picked up my frame and swing arm. he claimed not to know anything , lie!! i told him to get his a** up to the shop and show me,i was going anywhere with out my property! when to a large white dome on the property wich was filled with cars . i told him to show me the other buildingd , he claimed not to have a key. and his father was not home but opening another shop(god forbid) i expressed my frustration and seriousness of the situation. and to every question his reply was " i dont know". he is as in on it as his father !!!! i told him he wasnt to move and i was calling the police to have him charged with thieft. and went as far as to ask the police how much force i was legally allowed to use to keep him incustody till they arrived, mr. small was looking pretty small at this point.

upon arrival the police advised me that another officer was on his way for yet another complaint.( go figure)
after approx. 2 hr. of his i dont know anything b.s. he left in his orange and black harley davidson ford pick up license plate #295 3VF. for about 15 min. at wich point he returned ran up to the garage behind canadian classic collector cars , made it clear to the ploice i wasnt to be anywhere near the building. the garage door opened and the was my frame and swing arm. along with may other items for all i know could beong to you!

police brough my items to me , pleaded me not to say or do anything to him as my frame and swing ard looked like s**t!!! all grinded up , it was 3 or 4 colors scratched ,chipped. not chromed as david small claimed. police advised me to make a sivil siut against him.
i was obviously not getting my deposit back, nor any moneys for the damage to my $7000 frame and swing arm. man i was pi**ed!!! but i will bring a civil case to them .

and i will attend every bike or car show they do and print out copies of the police report and pics of my frame and swing arm. as i will post it on here and the net. i am working with reporters on publishing this story in the papers answell as tv suck as peter silver man .

after im done this im calling the mayor of orillian and thier mpp. my advise go there to his house call the police. ur property is likely on site and not chromed from what i saw. but dont stop there. just getting ur property back in whatever condition you get it isnt enough. he will just continue. go civil.press charges if you can and use the media.


i have done alot of research and found many people claiming to be victoms of mr. smalls capades. i have talk to don macglaughin at spectra chrome (their supplyer) who told me he wants nothing to do with him. another fellow greg arleans from manitoba who makes claim to being stiffed my mr. small for a large amount of money. to name a few. this needs to stop!!!!! (((REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))) dotcom , the police seem to deal with them on a regular basis. and dont be fooled by the small familys lies. they lay claim to being victoms of others or plead for sympathy or " i dont know" go get you property and dont take any b.s. and believe me they are full of it!!
