David Washburn David Carter James A Spillers jr ELRAQ Scam Artist Nationwide

Went to Lending Universe to see about a loan. Got a email from lenderprivate  saying he could possibly do the loan. I filled out application sent it in. He called back and said he could do the loan and I was to wire $250.00 to him. Here is what I got. 

JAMES A. SPILLERS JR MURRAY, KY 42071 BANK NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION ACCOUNT  TEL. FOR BANK 1-888-842-6328 There was a routing and bank acct # included also.

I did some due diligence and found several reports and posts on how he is a rip off. I then called him to ask him if he knew who James A Spillers was. He said the guy is a friend he's known a long time. Which is the same James who other people were instructed to send money too.

I asked him what his name was. He said David Washburn. Interesting to have same initials as one of his aliases. (David Walker). I then asked he if had any documentation that he could do loans and or has done loans in the past. He then copted out with saying he cant send anything because of Homeland Security. B.S.

Also what lender private or person doesnt have some form of address on the application. Or atleast contact information. They guy sounded like all the rest of the posts said he did. He sounded very helpful and sincere. Beware!!
