I ordered a size 4 $472.49 bridal gown at davidsbridal.com on 2/23/09 , received on 2/25/09 but too small to zip up at all so requested RMA from them immediately, but their phone # provided on their web site didn't work, emailed but no response until I said I'll report to bbb, they replied right away gave me 2 RMA. I then ship item back via ups 2 days later and it arrived to them 2 days later on 3/3/09. I ordered same gown in size 6 in the mean while and will keep for wedding.

As of today 3/28/09 still no response no refund. I ordered gown in sale section and it has 14 day refund policy (but outlet item no refund), and I'm eligible to get refund. I filed dispute to my credit card company but they haven't done anything about it. Anyways, I don't understand why there's no law to force these online store provide customer service phone # and email as basic service for consumer. Seems like no law protect people shop online neither. Anyways I just hope to get my $472.49 back, I won't give up easily, thanks.

After both mailed all dispute document as certified mail, also attached all dispute document scanned as attachment to my credit card company, as of today, 8 days later, my credit card company approved to credit me total $472.49 from davidsbridal.com. I'd like to tell everyone that had been treated bad by david's bridal, don't give up easily, if you've done nothing wrong, and have all the evidence, file dispute to your credit card company and bbb, also here, then you have good chance to get your hard earned money back. Good luck, and thanks.
