davidz.com's website says that they will allow a return within 30 days of a purchase. The problem is that you must first request a return authorization number before returning your merchandise.  I have been requesting a return authorization number for 10 days (three different times).  They claim they will respond within 1 business day, but do not do so.  They have no phone number listed so there is no way to contact them.  They are scamming the public by saying they have a return policy--they don't adhere to it.

Don't buy from them unless you want to get ripped off!!
