Davis and Associates Alex Martin This man calls my cell phone and I have no idea how he has it and left me a message saying I was being sued for a credit card from 2001 and I told him I never had a credit card in 2001 so he started threatening me and cussing at me I have called the police and intend to file charges aginst whoever or whatever company is doing this....also this man had my personal info like ss# and said he pulled my credit and I informed him that he did not have my permission...either way this guy is abusive and needs to be closed down or arrested Fullerton California

 This man will call and say that you are being sued in Civil court and leave a reference number and say that you have 24 hours to call and when you do he begins to threaten you verbally and physically. 1. I did not ever have the credit card that he stated I had 2. He did have all of my personal information 3. I am filing charges against this company 4. I am also filing suit against this company and also contacting the Credit burea to inform them of this scam If this man coontacts you (ALEX MARTIN) DO NOT give him any of your information as this is a scam to get your Money and he is a thief and abusive...... He called the wrong lady because oopsy sir I work for a law firm and now you're in trouble
