days inn gave our credit information to a travel advantage a travel club and they without our permission charged our credit card for the membership. Is there some law or something that could stop them from doing something like this??

What that specific Days Inn did to you was wrong and shouldnt have happened. I am sure there is something you could do about getting it took off your card. When you give your credit card to an employee is only to be used on the stay at that establishment. I dont want you to think bad of all the Days Inn. They are not all bad. I have worked at one for 5 years and we would never do something like that. I just wanted you to know that not every Days Inn is bad and dont take what that one did to you and hold it against all of us.
