Daytona Towing Ripoff selling of car. Medford New York

I bought a 1989 Pontiac Lemans from the owner of Daytona Towning Frank on 2/9/07. It is not just a Towing Company he sells cars also has an inspection staion and is a mechanic. that is just the name of his company. He advertised the car on craigslist

That night when I picked the car up I had trouble starting it to go to the store. The next morning the same thing, I got it started went around the corner to the Store when I came out and tried to start it, it was dead. I called him when I got home and he was telling it me it ran great when he had it it was my fault. Then he tells me it needed it gas filter.

It took him a week to get it to his shop to even look at it, he has now had it a week and a 1/2. I have called him 3 times each time he tells me he will call me never does I have no idea what is wrong with this car. Here I sit almost 3 weeks after buying this car, with no car I am senior citizen I gave this guy all the money I had to buy this car.

I just feel he should be advertising cars and selling them if he is going to be doing shady business like this. At least talk to me and give me an honest answer.
