I was a member of their Platinum Club, which involved a monthly charge. Close to a year ago, I cancelled and was continued to be billed. After complaining numerous times, they stopped. I also removed all information about my credit card from my account, hoping this would stop them from being able to submit more charges.

Now I'm being charged again, even though I have ordered nothing. In two days, I've had two monthly charges put on my credit card. They haven't answered any of my requests for help and I am having to close down the credit card to get it to stop.

I don't know if this is a deliberate attack, a computer glitch, or someone in their company took credit card numbers home and is seeking revenge.

It's a shame, because I genuinely LIKE their products. But their behavior regarding my credit card has been beyond anything I've ever seen. Completely unprofessional.

Daz 3d rippoff

AUTHOR: Upset Buyer - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, May 07, 2013

To say that charging credit cards without permission from the cardholder was simply a mistake, is rather hard to believe. I have had several promblems with Daz 3d myself! I purchased several products from Daz 3D that would not load correctly. At first, I thought it was not a big deal and it would correct itself. NOT TRUE!!!!! Atfer the third bad file,  I tried using thier support center to solve the problem, but I did not recieve support!

After waiting 3 days for someone to respond to my email, i contacted my bank to dispute the charges and thankfully I got my money back. Its a shame that this company contiues to ignore or take 3 to five days to respond to an email. Even after responding, days latter that is, they did not provide any reliable answers to the problems regarding the bads files they sold me.

I do not trust this company at ALL!!!!

Rebuttal to Daz3D Repeated fraudulent credit card charges

AUTHOR: Corrigon - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, January 06, 2013

To say this is fraudulent is ludicrous at best. Perhaps the poster is simply ignorant of what the word fraudulent means.

It was caused by a glitch when switching servers. DAZ3D has corrected things so it doesn't happen again. DAZ3D has apologized and is issuing refunds to those affected.

DAZ3D is not being dishonest or trying to cheat anyone, it was a glitch that has been remedied. Nothing more.

To suggest that this is the result of a deliberate attack or that someone is seeking revenge is malicious, uncalled for and could be considered slander.
