I saw on my web homepage, a teeth whitening product that a mom had discoved using trial samples paying a few dollars for shipping. That allowed me to get two different products. Remember, to get results like Cathys, you will want to use BOTH products together. It was supposed to cost around $3-. I received both products that I thought were free samples, exactly as they intended. I saw the small print which says they will keep sending full size product every 30 days if you don't cancel the "progam" within 14 days. You have to have a RMA# to return the package, which by the way cost three times as much as the supposed sample cost you. What I did not know or see, is there obviously were other little automatically checked boxes that sign you up for a separate Home Delivery program that you have to cancel also, which means you get sent another pen and charged for. So once again I had to get another RMA# and pay another $6- to return in order to get a refund of $80-, which takes like 8 to 10 weeks to get.

Low and behold a couple of months later, I'm looking at my bank statement and see a charge for a fitness club for $24.82. I have no clue what this was. Well like I said above there was supposedly another little automatically checked box thats sign you up. I looked back and found that I had been charged 3 times/months worth. When I phoned this company I was told that I had had 14 days to cancel this and then be charged $24.82. Reading off this stupid script they have by their phone, you're told that they will cancel it for you now, but you cannot get refunded. So I had to pay $75- for something I had no clue I ordered. I am screaming by this time, about them scamming me and other people and I wanted to speak to a manager. That was literally like pulling impacted teeth. Just to be told the same thing. I requested their president of the company's name, which they refused to give anyone's name other than their "supposed" first name and employee number.  And I know good darn and well I will get nowhere. This is how they make their money, by cheating people. I don't know how these people and the one's who work for them sleep at night or live with their conscience. Obviously they don't have one.
