I ordered the free trial for 2 products, one wasnt available. Thank God. I then saw a charge for 87.62 on my next credit card statement. I called and told the customer service rep I did not receive the monthly shipment and to cancel my account. This was on Nov 9^th. I had 30 days to cancel which would expire on 11/14 but I needed to return the trial product. I have a US Post Office tracking number that my shipment was received on 11/12. I checked my statement on line today and no credit which they told me on the 9^th would take a few days. I called Dazzle today, number disconnected, I used another number and here is what they told me.it was received but it takes 5-10 days in the warehouse to process and that is over 30 daysHellooo, why didnt they tell me on the 9^th??? It gets worse, while reviewing my statement on line, another charge from some affiliated company, SUP*WORLDFIT..I read the terms and agreement on line, no mention of this company. My credit card company is aware of this scam. Seems Dazzle Smile is keeping them busy tooI am filing a report with all government agencies, I figured enough people read this web site too. This company strategy is to confuse consumers with so many different names, Dazzle Smile, Pristine Health, Health Smile, SUP*WORLDFIT and others, my credit card company knows this scam because all of their billings on the statements are lower case. I hope this helps others that have been scammed as well. BTW, 1,800,000 articles on Dazzle Smile Scam on Google. Are all these consumers illiterate or is it a scam? I think we all know the answer
