Dazzle White's free trial offer is a scam! I ordered under the understanding that if I called in to cancel within 14 days that I would only be responsible for the shipping charge of $1.95. This was NOT the case! When I called to cancel on the 10th day I was told that I would be charged $15.95 10 days later and that there was no way to avoid this charge. I was told in order to be refunded the $15.95 I would have to return the trial product. I read through the entire terms and conditions online and found no mention of the $15.95. I called and cancelled my credit card to avoid the charge and because I feared they may charge me in the future as well. I was also very frustrated by Dazzle White automatically enrolling me in Insighter Secrets and Comp. Weight Loss. I had to cancel them as well. This whole process has taken me over two hours.
