I ordered Premium White on November 13, 2009. The order form stated the S&H was $1.95 and the product would arrive around November 20, 2009, around 7 days later. They charged my credit card $11.90 (all charges are in US funds) for S&H and when I questioned them they stated that, as I could read in the fine print of their terms and conditions on a different page, there is an additional $9.95 for shipping outside the United States (I live in Canada). I received the package on December 11, 2009 from Pickering Ontario with a postage stamp stating it cost $1.18 to send. By the time I received the package, a couple days short of a month after I ordered it, it was already past the 14 day trial period and they had already charged my credit card an additional $87.62. The pen like applicator was defective and after rotating the base clockwise as recommended, it did not dispense the gel. I tried calling their customer service number 866-528-6214 several times, during their published business hours, and the phone would continue ringing until an Operator recorded message would state that the person you are calling is not answering, call back later. When I went to their on-line chat for customer service "Audry" their representative stated a new box will be reshipped, unfortunately your product may have damage in transport, with another $11.90 S&H charge. I asked for my money back guarantee and was told they were unable to process return requests via live chat because of privacy and security reasons. I called their Service Department phone number 888-591-2190 and received an answer on the first or second ring. They are now going to extend the money back guarantee offer a further 30 days, since the first 30 days was expired due to their late delivery. I will have to ship the defective product back to them at my cost. What a scam. You also have to make sure you check off that you DO NOT want the World Fitness Club membership or you'll get billed extra for that.
