They attract you online by posing as office that needs customer serive reps. They stretch the truth so much that it almost rips apart. I worked in daniel blalocks office for 3 weeks and during that 3 weeks i saw nothing but a corrupt man manipulating young people into thinking they would become millionaires by working 12hrs a day 6 hrs a week selling over priced vacuums. The product in question is the kirby vacuum cleaner. While it is undeniably the best cleaner on the market, the 2592 price tag is way hiked up knowing that daniel gets them for 275. Daniel starts of his hiring process by calling us in to the office to speak to the head of personel "rachel" who in my month working there i never once saw or met. Shes a figment of the lunatic's imagination. Even the voicemail says the same name.

Anyway we get interviewed by dan who being the sales man tells us as little as possible about the job all we know is that we make 2200 a month. They call within a few minutes to an hour telling us we have the job. He gives us a day to come in for orientation and tells us to come in dressed up. On orientation we meet up with a nice charismatic guy called ed and he tells us about the oppurtunity and how everyone makes a lot of money doing this job and convinces us that this is the best ticket in town. Next up we meet up with our trainer called justin. Justin was an angry guy who swears a lot, has a bad temper and is a heavy drinker. On one of the company trips to colorado he got into a fight with navy personel and almost killed them. There was a video going around the office showing what happened in colorado. These are the kind of people dan lets in peoples homes classy. On the first day of work, dan gones on for about 2hrs about how great kirby is and how people make a lot of money and keeps on trying to brainwash people. He then picks people putting the worse people from the training class in one team of people he doesnt like, then the best in his best friends chris fogs and another team leader called nicks group. I was in a group with a guy called tommy. He is a nice hardworking guy but i got the feeling from him that he was getting tired of working there and i dont blame him, dan put the worst people in our class in his group. Then on that day they let us know that we will be knocking doors all day regardless of the weather conditions. Regardless to say 90% of people quit on their first day. While i was on Tommys crew i sold 4 kirbys. Tommy helped me alot and i could see he was really trying to make everyone on his team succeed. He broke a few rules like keeping everyone seperated and would call one or two into fake demos once in a while so we could get our weekly bonus and make money. I guess because Dan thought i was good and wanted me to help someone not doing so well he took me off tommys team and put me on nicks. Nick like a lot of the people there is a liar, lazy has no morals and did horrible things on the field. He would hang out in the truck with a girl i suspect he was sleeping with and his canvasser alex. He would play on his ipad, drink, smoke weed with the girl misty all in a companys truck. Nick never got out of the truck and knocked all he did was call me into fake demos and the same with everyone else. Misty used to be one of the best dealers according to dan but she stopped selling. What dan didnt know was misty wasnt doing a lot of demos weekly because she was hanging out with nick. The final straw came on my last day the 23rd. We went out to work and rather than work we hung out in the truck with nick and he bought beers for us to drink. Im twice the age of most of them thought to myself i am working with glorified frat boys. I didnt leave my home this morning to come out and drink. I could have done that with my wife and kids. That evening i called tommy and told him i was going to quit, he told me nick was a good guy and i should bear with him but i had made up my mind. That night i picked up a check of a whopping 200 dollars. I earned 200 in 3 weeks doing 72hrs a weeek. thats 216hrs i made earning a little over $1 a day. I sold my kirbys for as much as 2000 but i had 2 deals that were bad credit so dan automatically gives $10 for that regardless how much it was sold for. Dan praises the team leader position but he he constantly take money out of their checks and always finds a way to screw people out of money. He does illegal things like holding checks or even making checks disappear. He is a conman only out to make a few bucks out of you then throw you away. Thats why the turnover rate is high. There are only a few people in the office that have been there more than a month Tommy and Nick being two of them but if those young boys are smart they sould run as fast as they can from the claws of that heartless b*****d.


Westside Houston Manufacturing Company has entry-level full time openings that must be filled this week. These are permanent positions that have potential for advancement. The positions involve but are not limited to the following:

- greeting new clients
- follow up quality control calls on all confirmed deliveries

- neat in appearance
- enjoy working with people
- have the ability to work under stress
- trainable
- flexible with schedule
- pass a criminal background check (we check all new hires) no exceptions. Traffic violations are not on a criminal background report.
